Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session.

Late arrivals will not receive additional time, and sessions will end at the scheduled finish time.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your booking without prior notice, your session will be treated as a no show and cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.

Session Tokens

Any session tokens or packages purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Unused tokens will automatically expire after this period and cannot be extended or refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refunds, transfers or extensions will be considered at our discretion.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• The opportunity to reschedule your session.
